Gonorrhea is a sexually transmitted disease. The bacterium can be transmitted through any bodily fluid that is infected, including saliva, vaginal mucus/discharge or semen. The infection affects the urethra, rectum, throat, vagina or cervix. Any sexual activity with an infected person (male or female) which involves sharing of bodily fluids can transmit this bacterium. Get checked if concerned.

Depends on the sexual acticity indulged in. Any thing which transfers an infected discharge e.g. finger or toy can do it.
