Why is my mom lethargic dizzy off balance headache hallucinating confused?

These are symptoms that may represent a number of conditions. Write down all such problem with a timeline and have her evaluated. Only after a review of her history, exam and some tests will an answer be possible.

A plethora of medical conditions acute and/or chronic can cause such symptoms, not to mention drugs. At a minimum her doc should be aware, otherwise timely assessment at a local urgent care is recommended.
