Should i go to the hospital if my sodium is 132 and my co2 is 23? ive been dizzy, confused on and off, excessive thirst, pressure headache, back and chest pain, fatigued?

If you go it would not be because of Sodium of 132 and CO2 of 23. The fact that you had blood test done suggest you were already evaluated in a medical setting. Is it possible you just should rest and follow your treatment plan? If you think you have diabetes that would have shown also with the blood test. You should drink fluid if thirsty because that could explain being thirsty, tired and dizzy.
