I have pain during urination for more 10 year no treatment?

I doubt if anybody can endure that pain 6-8 times a day in average for 10 years. What you feel may not be pain but it can be something else. You should see a doctor for a detailed history, exam, blood & urine tests.

Seems it is not too bad since you have had it for 10 years and seem not have needed treatment. There can be many causes- stone, stricture (narrowing of the passageway, concentrated urine or something else. It needs to be checked by a Urologist. In the meantime drink plenty of water. Good luck
