Can a non displaced fracture of the sternum cause my chest to be red all the time? the fracture happened 10 weeks ago?

The fracture will take time to heal. The chest wall is also healing and soft tissue injury is one possible cause of the redness. Other considerations include a skin infection. Please see your physician. Monitor temperature and breathing.
