What does mild contour of the liver on a ct mean? a focal fat deposition was also noted, but not seen on a 2022 cat. im a sonographer and dont quite understand what this means (mild contour) im a healthy 35 y/o female who eats very healthy?

CT Scan - IMPRESSION: Previously seen arterial enhancing focus in the left lobe of the liver is less conspicuous. Hepatobiliary:Redemonstration but less conspicuous 7mm hyperenhancing focus in the arterial phase . PLease explain what this means?
