No, it is not something you can do yourself. Talk to your primary care doc first. An Ortho evaluation might be needed, specifically if significant displacement. Otherwise post fracture pain is relatively common, occupational therapy is helpful in many cases.

It is not feasible to provide a meaningful opinion without additional history, physical examination and may be some tests. The fracture may have damaged the articular surface resulting in arthritis. It would be prudent to see a doctor. Wish you good health!
