Since you are taking time to write in here, I assume your breathing is unobstructed. In that case, you may have swallowed the insect and it will pass through your system like food. If, in fact, you are having difficulty breathing, then go to ER.

Most of the time you swallow the insect, not inhaling it because of the normal and effective cough reflex when a foreign body gets into your airway.
