I was walking and was trying to help my friend. 2 flies or moths something. flew into my mouth. one caught the back of my throat and made me cough alot. the other i felt and spat out. i feel i inhaled the first one. should i be worried i'll die?

It is doubtful you will suffer any ill effects. The bugs were probably both spat out or swallowed were they would be rapidly killed by stomach acid. If any went into your lungs you would have coughed them out and then swallowed.
