How frequent would it be worrisome for pvcs to occur? are pvcs normal?

They are so common they are considered normal depending on how many you have a day and what they look like on ECG. Review things that cause in some people: coffee, other caff. Some note hot or cold drinks etc. Eveyone is different. Discuss with your Drs.

Frequent PVCs would mean, in average, more than 10.4 of ectopic beats per minute. 5-10 PVCs per one hour is an occasional occurrence, so occasional PVCs means 120-240 PVCs per day. PVCs is not always abnormal, the older you are the higher rate of PVC but frequent PVCs would likely be abnormal, especially if it causes symptoms.
