I am 6 weeks pregnant with twins and have ovarian cysts on both ovaries with the 1 on my right side being the slightly bigger so of more concern? its 5x4x5 suspected haemorrhagic. im due to travel to spain in 2 days for a holiday, is this safe to?

Only your local OB can advise you on this. On the average twins are considered a high risk pregnancy. Discuss in detail with your team. For example I would not run with the bulls. List what you are planning on doing in Spain.
