No, loratadine (claritin) is high albumin-bound (97%) so it can't be excreted unchanged in the urine. Loratadine is mainly metabolized (broken down) by the liver and only its metabolite is eliminated through the fecal and renal routes. So, drinking more water for making more urine does not get rid loratadine much faster.
