A member asked:

If one eye sees a lot better than the other after lasik will the brain learn to use just the good eye and bad eye will get worse like lazy eye?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Depends: The brain normally chooses a dominant eye, which is the one you use looking into a telescope. The chances of any decline in function or "lazy" eye would relate to how much difference there is between the two. This is something you should discuss with your ophthalmologist.
