This is too soon to be paxlovid rebound infection. Once you've tested positive, isolated for 5 days and have no symptoms of any kind for 24 hours, it's not customary to test again unless your work place requests it. Covid test after infection can remain positive for various amounts of time but small viral particles are not considered infectious for that time. I would be guided by symptoms
