Translation= scarring at the upper areas of both lungs. What that means is best determined by the doc who knows all of your history, exam and test findings. It suggests an issue from the past.

All imaging results need to be interpreted in the clinical context and the doctor who ordered the tests is usually in the best position to do that. Talk to the doctor who ordered the tests. Having said that, it does not appear that there is any active disease. Wish you good health!
