I was in er for testicular pain (right) i got a ultrasound and urine test no torsion nor infection was detected. i got pk and antibiotics and the pain went away. i touched myself a bit but felt afraid and didn't finish. why did i feel pain at first?

Hard to say imn retrospect. Could be an inadvertent bump against something or mild infection. Best is to wear a good scrotal support and not worry- its all behind you now
