For the last 5 years i have been having weird heart arrhythmia's. they are random and usually occur a few times a day mostly when at rest. they can last from 2-30 minutes. they are different patterns each time. what's most common issue for this?

No one can guess without exam. You need a Holter monitor and a cardiac consultation. Pl do that

Since the arrhythmia occurs daily at rest a 24 Holter monitor should give a diagnosis. Probably worth a visit to a cardiologist. Hard to evaluate seriousness of your condition without a lot more information.
