Re covid 19 i understand the incubation period of covid 19 is up to 14 days. but how long is the contagious period? i have read one is contagious 2 days before showing symptoms. is that true? are you still contagious until symptom free?

Covid: For most people the infection can last up to two weeks. In people who get particularly ill the infection last 4 to 6 weeks.

Covid isolation period. My wife tested positive tested positive yesterday I showing no symptoms when my wife isolation period ends on the 1 jan am i and the kids free or I still need to isolate for a further 14 days from 1 jan?
I am triple vaccinated and also had COVID one year ago. If I first tested positive for covid again 10 days ago, am I likely to be now no longer contagious? My symptoms are better (maybe a little tired) and no other health issues?
