Ive got a little round sore that looks like a blister on the inside of my foreskin can i use betamethasone or clotrimazole on it of what must i do?

The most common cause of otherwise unexplained genital sores is herpes, which is also suggested by a "blister" lesion. Clotrimazole would not help and steroids like betamethosone probably would make it worse. See a health care provider ASAP for personal exam and testing. Good luck.
