I have had reoccurring styes on both eyes for the past 8 months, (18 give or take) i have stopped wearing my contacts, never touch my face unless my hands are clean, dont use hormonal birth control, and i cant stop them from forming. what do i do?

Styes, or chalazia, or the eyelids usually are from obstructed oil glands that open near the margin of the eyelids. While sometimes bacteria play a role, they are not usually infected. Taking omega-3 supplements such as fish oil or flax seed oil capsules eventually lead to a thinner oil secretion which can help. Using warm compresses on the lids regularly can also prevent and treat chalazia.
