Benadryl is typically safe and benign, causing drowsiness and fatigue at normal dosing. Ingestion of a huge amount could be quite risky, and emergency care ASAP is by far the safest approach. Likely, she will survive if this is treated within a hospital setting. She will require psychiatric consultation following physical stabilization.
