What you described is suggestive of migraine. It would be prudent to see a doctor for an initial evaluation and to ascertain if consultation with a neurologist. Wish you good health!

Agree with Dr Singh about likely migraine, and if indeed this is diagnosis, there are many OTC and prescription medications which can break up patterns and prevent headaches. Some meds used early such as triptans, can abort headache within a short time. Maybe beneficial to see a neurologist who treats headaches.
