Got a cold 3 days ago and combatted it with 3k mg tylenol (acetaminophen) a day and a decongestant. felt better yesterday but today i feel nauseas and sick to my stomach. did i take too much?

Too much Tylenol (acetaminophen): Yes, you took too much Tylenol (acetaminophen) and may be decongestant as well. Please have a lot of fluids: water, tea, and bed rest with good sleep. Be careful with medal in future. More fluids than meds.
