OK: Tylenol (acetaminophen) is for fever and pain. It is also to be taken every 4 hours, not only 2 times a day. The most common reason that it doesn't work is that people are taking too low a dose-case in point. Ibuprofen, Motrin, Advil is an every 8 hour medicine. That can be taken on a 7AM, 3PM, 11PM basis. It is for pain,fever, and inflammation. That will probably help you.
