I get stomach cramps, bloating and gas every day at the same time in the afternoon regardless of what i eat. what could be the issue?

Requires exam : and testing including abdominal ultrasound, ,phyical exam, and testing of pancreatic and liver enzymes, I suggest use of Gas-X or Phazyme -125 for bloating and OTC Zantac or Nexium.
