At least 2000 Vit D: Vitamin d should be at least 2000iu possibly 5000. Calcium, depends on your diet, what type of calcium and how much. If you are a vegetarian your requirements for calcium are different than if you aren't. One good calcium supplement is raw code calcium, it has 1600 iu vitamin d and food based calcium in addition to other minerals.
