How can i tell if the submandibular lymph node is swollen since i can always feel mine since im slim? would it become painful or raise to a bigger size from its resting size?

Localized Infections cause lymph nodes to swell and enlarge. They may be tender to the touch or if large enough, painful when you talk, swallow or move your head. What other symptoms are you experiencing?
