You could arrange for the girl to be tested. Your behavior has a low risk of transmission, even if the girl has HIV. If you plan to continue seeing this girl, you should consider getting pre-exposure prophylaxis. At a minimum stop this behavior and get tested by 4th combo test in 6 weeks. Get tested for other STDs as well.
