TSH of 4.1 is not consistent with overt hypothyroidism if pituitary gland is intact. If hypothyroidism is still suspected, total and free T4 should be done. No treatment is indicated for thyroid problem yet with these results.

All laboratory results need to be interpreted in the clinical context and the doctor who ordered the tests is usually in the best position to do that. Talk to the doctor who ordered the tests. Having said that, your data is not consistent with hypothyroidism. Wish you good health!
