Start with your primary care doc. Sialorrhea is typically seen in neurologic disorders or following strokes, the weight loss is worrisome as well and your doc will best to coordinate locally based on actual findings on exam and detailed medical history.

The most definitive treatment is surgery to excise the major salivary glands or to ligate or reroute the major salivary ducts. Medications can help, BOTOX injections but since this a neurological condition surgery is best suited. Weight loss is not from this condition, see a PCP for exam.
