: Unless the entire cyst is removed surgically the cycle of the sinus healing and recurring will continue. Find a good surgeon and have that done. Good luck.

Complete resolution/healing of such cysts usually requires the fistulous tract be surgically removed. I would consult a proctologist to get treatment.
