Talking and seeing a patient for a period of time through telehealth will allow for a proper diagnosis. Once the diagnosis is made, a face to face visit is best for treatment.

This is a diagnosis based on history, and interview with mental status assessment. Direct standard medical exam would not necessarily rule in or out such a psychiatric diagnosis. Telehealth is a valuable and increasing technique to assist numerous folks who possess logistical challenges.
