There is nothing to concern if you have no other problem. Lab variation and error do happen. If there is a reason you have this blood test done and the result is correlated with your doctor's thought, he will repeat the test for confirmation before taking any action. It will be helpful if you had a same blood test in the previous years for comparison.

All laboratory results need to be interpreted in the clinical context and the doctor who ordered the tests is usually in the best position to do that. Talk to the doctor who ordered the tests. Having said that, your result is not a cause for concern. Wish you good health!
