It will be most helpful to see the Doctor for a Comprehensive Medical Evaluation; including Detailed History and Physical, Laboratory Investigations, Skin Tests, X-Rays and all appropriate Imaging Studies... 7 months of cough needs to be appropriated evaluated for best Management.
