Im on my bed laying on my back with blanket covering my body over my head and into my back when i pushed my legs to remove the blanket my head moved forward violently. the back of my neck now makes my body feel fuzzy when i touch it or move itaround?

Not clear what it means but sounds like a kind of "mini-whiplash" sustained from the jerky motion, in that confined space. Some OTC Aleve or Ibuprofen might help limit acute inflammation/ strain but best to see PCP for possible imaging before any further damage by sudden change of position/motion occur.

I recommend skipping the.middleman and directly consulting a.neurologist for prompt evaluation, advice & any testing deemed advisable. I'm concerned about possible spinal cord.injury in view of your current symptoms. In the meantime I also recommend wearing a soft neck collar you can obtain at a pharmacy
