This may be entirely normal, especially if there is no pain or other symptoms. But impossible to say with certainty based only on this description. See a doctor to check it out. (Why are you examining your anus if you have no other bothersome symptoms?? Are you maybe at risk a particular problem, such as receiving anal sex?)

These could be early anal warts. I recommend having a proctologist examine and advise you. If he/she is uncertain of the diagnosis, you'll be referred to a proper specialist.
