I have some small white bumps on the inside of my anus that seem a little concerning to me. they dont hurt or anything. im just wondering if its normal or if i should be concerned about it?

This may be entirely normal, especially if there is no pain or other symptoms. But impossible to say with certainty based only on this description. See a doctor to check it out. (Why are you examining your anus if you have no other bothersome symptoms?? Are you maybe at risk a particular problem, such as receiving anal sex?)

These could be early anal warts. I recommend having a proctologist examine and advise you. If he/she is uncertain of the diagnosis, you'll be referred to a proper specialist.
