I have a really small bump on my anus. it is pink in colour and does not hurt, it hasn't changed in size or colour at all. could this be a wart?

Could be: It is not feasible to provide a meaningful opinion without additional history, physical examination and may be some tests. A wart is a likely finding. If your are sexually active it would make that more likely. It would be prudent to see your doctor. Get HPV vaccine. Wish you good health!
