This is a discussion that you need to have with the Dr that ordered your testing. ADHD meds can cause racing heart and jitteriness. Your Dr may choose to keep you on the ADHD meds, but add an additional med to treat the SVT's.

Likely. Stimulant has a potential to aggravate SVT, as such, nonstimulants such as atomoxetin or clonidine would be preferable choice.
