Are chest xrays safe and can you have one 3 months after a ultrasound and what are the side effects and complications with a chest x ray?

Ultrasound studies do not expose you to any radiation. Chest radiographs are perfectly safe and allow your physician to diagnose a multitude of issues. Side effects, complications = zero.
