This symptom might be caused by inflammation or infection internally, e.g. seminal vesiculitis, prostatitis, or posterior urethritis. If your semen is abnormally colored (yellow, brownish) that could go along with such a problem. STIs might cause such symptoms, but that's unlikely without painful urination and/or discharge from the penis. See a doctor soon, ideally a urologist. Good luck.
