I have been going outside and when my body gets hot it turns red and i get this itching sensation. i was told a few years ago i had sjrogens i cant remember if this was related but i have to cut the ac on max or fan on full to cool off. any ideas?

You have the skin condition like heat rashes, just a reaction of the skin to hot weather, especially with high humidity. Patient with Sjogren's syndrome could have skin rash but not typical heat rashes so this new condition may not be related.
