Common hand and foot warts usually are caused by HPV type 1, which does not easily infect the genital area. Hand and foot warts are rarely if ever transmitted to the genitals. There is no risk from using towels or from contacting your genital area after your feet. Please don't worry about this.

No. You will not transfer planter warts to your genitals through towel or otherwise. Get HPV vaccine to prevent infection with more serious strains of HPV.
