See your doctor: At the very least, you are badly constipated. Are you eating? Drinking fluids? Are you on medications? All these issues are important, and you need to see your physician to assess what's actually happening with you. Be well.

Eat and drink: You might no be eating enough fiber or enough food to move things along if there is something to move along. The bad taste etc could be from dehydration and not getting enough fluids. Not just water. Ry eating more and perhaps drinking something like gatorade for the electrolytes. See if these suggestions improve things. Both also leads to nausea.
