With sexual arousal certain hormones, including prostaglandins, are released. These can precipitate gi symptoms including nausea and intestinal cramping. Another possibility would be stimulation of the vagus nerve. If this is your only intestinal complaint, I don't think you have to undergo any gi consultation or gi testing, but consult a gastroenterologist for an opinion if you still have concern
