Gastro Esophageal re: Acid taste in the mouth has to come from gastro esophageal reflux, but i dont know why you will get it only after you move your bowels do you have history of heart burn or any other GI disorder.You can try over the counter acid suppressor like zantac (ranitidine) or prilosec, otherwise consult your doctor.
