Is negative result from treponemal test (cmia) at 46 days after exposure considered conclusive for syphilis? is this test enough or do i need more tests?

There are not very precise data on this. Probably nearly 100% conclusive, but it may depend on your level of risk. If at particularly high risk for syphilis (possible symptoms, sex with other men, sex with sex workers, etc) then it would be best to have another test after ~3 months.
