Psychosis may evolve fast and result in unpredictable damages. Contacting his physician or office that treated him first would be best, otherwise a local urgent care or ER at the hospital will be best for clearance. Such episodes are sometimes substance induced and they clear in hours to days but he will have to be monitored properly.
