What can you do for abdominal adhesions after laparoscopy surgery? its been 3 yrs and i feel ever since my appendix. i get full achy pain in my lower abdominal pubic area. could it be adhesions? and what can i do?

Abdominal surgery of any kind can cause adhesions depending on many factors. There is no test to diagnose and it is usually a diagnosis of exclusion ( after other reasons are ruled out) Yes your pain may- but not necessarily be related to adhesions. Pl see a good academic abdominal surgeon for proper diagnosis and management. Good luck
