Reduced amount of ejaculate, burning on tip of penis and sometimes left testicle burning. i have a varicose vein on my left testicle. help me? what should i do to get better and return to normal?

Needs more information! Pain on urination or on ejaculation? Any urethral discharge? Tenderness over left testicle? Varicocele generally doesn't cause pain. See your primary care provider if you answer yes to questions described above.

Reduce number of ejaculates. Drink plenty of water. Wear a good scrotal support underwear. Keep your self busy with sports, hobby, volunteering or other such activity. If not better in a few weeks pl see a urologist.
