A member asked:

I'm a 62 yr old female on bp meds for 20 yrs . i've been on nifedipine 30mg for 1 yr. for the past 10 days my pressure has been normal without it, and had dropped so low a few times that i almost fainted. should i take half the amt as recommended?

I would coordinate any possible change in meds with the doc who knows you best. There may be other reasons your BP is changing that they should look into.
